Have you ever thought of using breadfruit to make donuts. Well I have a swell receipe that you can use to make tasty donuts using just that. The ones am referring to are the seedless ones, as seen below in the photograph. They are currently in season in abundance at Boroko Market. You can pick one up any time leave it till over ripe and try out the receipe. Breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis) is a species of flowering tree in the mulberry and jackfruit family (Moraceae) believed to be a domesticated descendant of Artocarpus camansi originating in New Guinea, the Maluku Islands, and the Philippines. It was initially spread to Oceania via the Austronesian expansion.
