This weekend I decided to try out a recipe from my homemade recipe book.
It’s called Easy Potatoe Bun. With an abundance of potatoes at the local market you can simply pick up a heap for K5 and bake a heathy batch of fresh hot buns. Still a work in progress for me since this is my first batch but we thoroughly enjoyed it with anchor butter. You can add cream or jam but I prefer mine with just good old anchor butter whilst bun is still hot.
